The last few times we went shoe shopping for her DH bought her cheap shoes at walmart or Target and they wear out and are uncomfortable so she takes them off everywhere.

I had a ten dollar off reward from my shutteffly order for Father’s day so i only paid $26.95 for her Skechers and they always have free shipping. We buy shoes online quite a bit, and I am always happy with them. The other place that I like to bu her shoes is a little boutique that carries the See kai run brand they are adorable but cost even more. On sale I paid $30 a pair and she out grew them in a few months, but they were the only ones that lasted until she outgrew them.

My son usually only has 2 3 pairs of shoes to choose from at a time until he grows out of them then we buy 2 3 more pair. I spend more on his shoes because he’s still struggling with some of his balance and has some coordination issues. It’s really the only thing I "splurge" on because I think a good shoe is so important. I would love to have him have a bigger wardrobe of shoes but I choose to go higher quality and fewer pairs at a time. When he’s older we can try cheaper ones and see how he does, and then he can also communicate with me if something is uncomfortable

We paid almost $40 for my DD’s last pair of sneakers from Stride Rite, and there were very few choices that were cheaper than that! It seemed like a lot of money tome, but it’s important to me for her to have goodgym shoes to wear to daycare since she’s there at least 9 hours a day and even to wear to play outside when we are home. It’s not so much that I think the shoes from other places such as Target are bad. It has more to do with the fact that I want to make sure she has the right fit for her foot, and it’s a guessing game if you buy them from anywhere that does not specialize in children’s shoes.
