The 5k and 10k Walk/Run fee is $20 and includes a T shirt and you are eligible for the many door prizes. This is a night run but not in total darkness and refreshments will be provided. Proceeds will help fund the Shane Shatto Memorial Scholarship, in the name of Shane Shatto, a Douglas graduate who died in 2001 by a drunk driver. The scholarship is awarded to a Douglas High School athlete. Morgan Squires was the 2013 recipient of the scholarship. Passionate views, pointed criticism and critical thinking are welcome.
