Antonia Martinez, 27, was driving a Mitsubishi Lancer northbound on 15th Street East, and allegedly turned into the path of a southbound motorcycle.

Martinez was cited for violation of right of way, no proof of insurance, no valid driver license and leaving the scene with serious bodily injury, FHP reports.

Bergman was taken to Blake Medical Center with critical injuries.

That crash has blocked traffic for an unknown amount of time, troopers reported. It was unclear whether the incident involved a single vehicle or multiple vehicles.
